New York – Vêtir, a cutting-edge shopping app and digital styling platform founded by fashion industry veteran Kate Davidson Hudson, is joining forces with Hudson Yards and WME Fashion to offer an immersive fashion and shopping experience.

On Thursday, Vêtir will unveil a new brick-and-mortar store located on the first floor of The Shops at Hudson Yards. Spanning 3,000 square feet, the store will feature a rotating monthly theme, including programs like “Shop My Closet,” curated by celebrities, and “Shop the Runway,” in collaboration with WME/IMG’s designer talent during fashion month.

The luxury merchandise store will operate as a pop-up for six months, with the possibility of extension. It will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In addition to its physical presence, Vêtir will partner with IMG to host runway shows at Hudson Yards this September as part of New York Fashion Week. The collaboration will feature Vêtir’s patented shoppable video technology, allowing real-time purchasing of runway looks. Designers such as Simkhai and Jason Wu are confirmed participants, with six additional designers under consideration.

The new store will offer two distinct areas: a front section dedicated to in-season sales and a rear section focused on personal styling services, where customers can explore luxury brands. All purchases and looks will be integrated into the shopper’s personal Vêtir app digital closet, enhancing the shopping experience long after leaving the store.

Kate Davidson Hudson, who launched the Vêtir app in March, has previously co-founded Editorialist, served as chief digital officer at LuisaViaRoma, and was a fashion editor for Harper’s Bazaar and Elle. The app provides AI-driven styling services tailored to top global shoppers and their stylists, featuring over 1,500 brands and a current user base of 589, with 4,000 more on the waitlist.

The pop-up will debut with a showcase of Ashley Graham’s closet, offering customers the opportunity to view and purchase items handpicked by the model. If Graham adds a new Khaite dress to her collection, Vêtir will have the exact dress available for purchase. Additionally, items styled by Graham’s stylist will be accessible through the app, making personal closets both shareable and shoppable, as Hudson described.
