LONDON & NEW YORK–Perfect Moment Ltd. (NYSE American: PMNT), a luxury skiwear brand known for blending technical excellence with stylish designs, has partnered with the renowned luxury fashion agency, CD Network. This collaboration aims to expand Perfect Moment’s wholesale distribution and raise brand awareness in North America.

The partnership will see CD Network lead sales efforts in the U.S. and Canada, marking Perfect Moment’s first foray into working with a sales agency in these key markets. The company anticipates that this partnership will significantly boost its visibility, forge stronger relationships with important buyers, and set the stage for strong sales of its Fall/Winter 2025 collection.

“We’re excited to partner with CD Network and mark this new chapter for Perfect Moment,” said Mark Buckley, CEO of Perfect Moment. “We chose Christophe’s agency as our first North American sales partner due to his deep industry experience and stellar reputation.”

Christophe Desmaison, founder and CEO of CD Network, expressed his enthusiasm: “Perfect Moment stands out as a global leader in fashion skiwear. The brand’s combination of fashion and performance is perfect for the slopes—and with its expanded offerings for city life, it’s a perfect fit for our designer store clientele.”

CD Network will showcase Perfect Moment’s collections in its fashion showroom in New York City’s Hudson Yards. The agency plans to increase the brand’s presence in luxury retail spaces and exclusive boutiques, while supporting Perfect Moment’s e-commerce operations.

The partnership also aims to support Perfect Moment’s long-term growth, particularly in outerwear and knitwear, by extending the brand’s appeal from ski slopes to urban settings and lengthening the sales season.

“Working with agencies like CD Network, which have local market expertise, is key to positioning our brand for global success,” added Buckley. “As part of our strategic approach, we plan to expand our reach by engaging with agencies in other major markets, including the UK, Europe, and Asia.”

Rosela Mitropoulos, Perfect Moment’s newly appointed head of business development, also voiced her support for the collaboration: “I’ve worked with Christophe before and seen firsthand how effectively he drives results for luxury brands. I’m excited to work with him and his team to align our distribution strategy with our broader business goals.”

The integration process is already underway, with new showrooms planned for New York City in December.

Perfect Moment’s skiwear offerings target the growing global luxury ski apparel market, which is expected to reach $1.5 billion in 2024 and grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.5% from 2024 to 2031. The brand also taps into the expanding luxury outerwear market, expected to total $15.9 billion in 2024 and grow at a CAGR of 7% over the same period, according to Global Research and Insights and Absolute Market Research & Advisory.
