A major Dutch impact investor, managing approximately €4.2 billion ($4.7 billion) in assets, has decided to exit the fashion industry, citing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns.
ASN Impact Investors has ceased investments in prominent fashion brands such as H&M, Inditex, Asics, and VF Corporation. The firm’s decision comes as a result of these companies failing to meet its recently updated, stricter investment criteria.
