PORTLAND — Spanish fashion retailer Mango has filed building permit applications indicating plans to establish a new store at Pioneer Place mall in downtown Portland.
The permit application suggests that Mango will occupy a remodeled space located at 700 S.W. Fifth Ave. The application was submitted to the city on Wednesday and was brought to light by local development observer Iain MacKenzie.
