George’s journey back to sewing began during the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as a creative escape from her law studies, which she found unfulfilling. Named in honor of her partner’s late father, Neil Vernon officially launched in 2023 after George spent a year honing her skills in pattern making and fabric sourcing.
