“It’s funny because every time I travel, Fashion Week always falls on ‘the day’,” Heart laughed at the Kotex Luxe “Flex Your Mood” event, where she opened up about how she manages to stay comfortable, productive, and fabulous during her period.
Despite dealing with common symptoms such as migraines and cramps, Heart has learned to embrace comfort without apology. Her secret? Kotex, a brand she has trusted since she was 18 or 19.
“I’ve done all the looks possible. I’ve felt my worst on some days, but I always feel confident,” she explained, highlighting her long-standing relationship with the brand. “I’m very blessed to have worked with Kotex for so long.
