The Binh Dinh Economic Zone Authority in Vietnam has approved the TnB Vietnam fashion manufacturing plant project, backed by Singapore-based HGQ Asia Pte. Ltd. The plant will be located at Hoa Hoi Industrial Park in Cat Hanh Commune, Phu Cat district, covering 8.4 hectares. The total investment for the project amounts to VND 495.8 billion (approximately $20 million), with $8 million in equity and $12 million in mobilized funds.

The project will be carried out in two phases. Phase one, scheduled to be completed by October 2026, will involve the construction of workshops, warehouses, and office spaces, as well as the installation of machinery. During this phase, the company will also recruit and train its workforce to begin production.

Phase two, set for November 2026 to November 2027, will focus on building additional workshops, installing more equipment, hiring more workers, and scaling up production.

Once fully operational, the plant is expected to produce 7 million high-end fashion items annually. The project is planned to run until March 10, 2067.
