2025 A/W Beijing Fashion Week to Support Young Designers

The 2025 Autumn and Winter Beijing Fashion Week will be held from March 19 to 24. The reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce that this season’s fashion week activities are rich and diverse, with trend releases, exhibitions, and digital schedules driving nearly 100 brands and designers to participate. International brands and outstanding designers from China, France, Italy, South Korea and other countries gathered together, and nearly 30 trend releases and fashion flash events covered men’s wear, women’s wear, children’s wear, sportswear, and high-end customization.

This season’s Beijing Fashion Week still adheres to the “Young Designer Support Plan” and will cooperate with the Fashion Circle Magazine to jointly select 10 outstanding young designers to jointly display their works, and is committed to cultivating new forces for China’s fashion industry. In addition, this season’s fashion week will also set up an independent children’s wear release section for the first time, and launch the “2025 Autumn and Winter Beijing Fashion Week KIDS WEAR” platform to help the development of China’s children’s fashion industry.

During the opening of the fashion week, the official supporting exhibition Fashion Beijing Exhibition will innovate the “show and exhibition linkage” model, and nearly 40 brands will participate in the realization of “show, exhibition, and sale”. The Wangfu Center exhibition area brings together international fashion brands, building a bridge for dialogue between Eastern and Western fashion aesthetics; the Gongmei Building exhibition area focuses on national trends and intangible cultural heritage, promoting the integration of intangible cultural heritage skills and modern design.

The “Fashion Enjoyment Festival”, a special section of Beijing Fashion Week, will also link up the city’s business districts for the first time. The theme activities cover 14 districts in the city, and are deeply linked with nearly 50 commercial complexes in the capital. It will launch concentrated new products, joint promotions, and exclusive full-reduction activities, and connect the city’s consumption landmarks through the “Beijing Fashion Enjoyment Map”. Shopping centers such as Blue Harbor, Chaoyang Joy City, Beichenhui, and Beijing Department Store will hold a series of fashion flash shows and fashion culture consumption activities.

In addition, the official e-commerce live broadcast account of Beijing Fashion Week, “Beijing Fashion Week Select”, launched Douyin e-commerce live broadcast for the first time, and at the same time relied on the micro mall platform “show and sell”, breaking the boundaries between traditional shows and consumption scenes, and realizing the connection between fashion and business.
